Thanks to our tight connection with Ciloa company, in-EV offers several services, some of which are unique, to contribute to your research projects.
Regular services
1. Production of conditioned culture media using either your own cells, or our proprietary cells (hAD-MSC, HEK293T or others), either normal or bioengineered. Cultures can be carried out in defined media, or in media supplemented with EV-depleted serum.
2. Purification using proprietary protocols to obtain either concentrated, semi-purified, pure or extra-pure EVs. Purifications can be performed on volumes ranging from 1 ml to several liters, and on single or multiple samples.
3. Characterisation of EVs. We offer a wide range of Quality Controls:
o Quantification and size distribution of EVs using various technologies (NTA, Nano-flow cytometry, ExoView).
o Presence of specific EV membrane markers (CD81, CD63, CD9) or cytosolic markers (Alix, Syntenin-1) by WB, ELISA, SPR, etc.
o Quantification of protein (calnexin ELISA) or nucleic acid (qPCR, qRT-PCR) contaminations of cellular origin.
o Localisation of proteins on the surface and/or into the lumen of EVs.
Unique services
in-EV offers unique EV bioengineering services through Ciloa company.
1. Access (under CDA, MTA, license) to a portfolio of over 100 fully native membrane-embedded or lumen-targeted proteins in bioengineered EVs. Of which: GPCRs, Kinase receptors, viral membrane proteins, ion channels, transporters, antibodies, transcription factors, ligands, cytokines, hormones, …
2. A unique service of EV Bioengineering (under license) with proteins of your choice targeted on demand to the membrane or into the lumen of EVs. Cell lines stably producing your protein will be established. EVs with your protein will be produced, purified, characterised and ready for delivery.
