MISRII EVs are bioengineered EVs, harbouring human MISRII receptor (Muellerian inhibiting substance type II receptor) at their surface using Ciloa’s pilot peptide technology.

MISRII EVs, innovative bioengineered EVs harbouring MISRII receptor

MISRII EVs are produced in human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293T cell line and purified according to in-EV purification process, combining Tangential Flow Filtration and chromatography. Pure MISRII EVs are subjected to standardised quality controls showing the total protein content, the number of particles, the EV size distribution, the presence of internal EV markers and the absence of cell protein contaminants. A direct ELISA on pure MISRII EVs reveals the CD81 surface marker. Cellular expression of MISRII and its sorting with EVs, are given.
