As a subsidiary of Ciloa company, with over 14 years’ experience in EV production and purification, in-EV has in hands a robust and reproductible process for EV production and purification. Moreover, standardised quality controls have been developed for the full characterisation of EV productions.

• EV production
Production of conditioned culture media using:
- Your own cells, or our proprietary cells (hAD-MSC, HEK293T or others)
- Normal or bioengineered cells
- Defined media, or media supplemented with EV-depleted serum
• EV purification
Purification of EVs using proprietary protocols to obtain:
- Concentrated EVs
- Semi-purified EVs
- Pure EVs
- Extra-pure EVs
Purifications can be performed on volumes ranging from 1 mL to several litres, and on single or multiple samples.
• EV characterisation
Characterisation of EVs using a wide range of quality controls, including:
- Biophysical characterisation: quantification and size distribution
- Biochemical characterisation: presence of EV markers, quantification of cell contaminants, localisation of proteins associated to EVs (surface or luminal localisation)
