MISRII EVs
EVs bioengineered with human MISRII receptor
MISRII EVs, innovative bioengineered EVs harbouring MISRII receptor (Muellerian inhibiting substance type II)
MISRII EVs are produced by human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293T cells and purified according to in-EV purification process. These pure EVs are characterised using standardised quality controls. MISRII receptor is targeted to the EV membrane using Ciloa technology, which does not overexpress or modify natural EV proteins.
MISRII EVs are interesting tools that can be used to:
- Study molecular interactions with ligands, specific antibodies or small molecules
- Characterise MISRII receptor using technologies like SPR or other
