Description

EGFP EVs, a new stable fluorescent generation of EVs

EGFP EVs are produced by human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293T cells and purified according to in-EV purification process. These pure EVs are characterised using standardised quality controls. EGFP fluorescent protein is loaded into the lumen of EVs using Ciloa technology, which does not overexpress or modify natural EV proteins.

EGFP EVs are interesting tools that can be used as:

  • an internal reference for data normalisation and EV instrument calibration

  • a control to study EV fate and uptake
