Nluc EVs
NanoLuc Luciferase® protein loaded into EVs
Nluc EVs, the new stable luminescent generation of EVs
Nluc EVs are produced by human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293T cells and purified according to in-EV purification process. These pure EVs are characterised using standardised quality controls. NanoLuc® luminescent protein is loaded into the lumen of EVs using Ciloa technology, which does not overexpress or modify natural EV proteins.
Nluc EVs are interesting tools that can be used:
- As an internal standard to assess the effectiveness of EV isolation methods
- To evaluate EV purification performance
- In cell capture assays or in vivo for biodistribution studies
