EVs bioengineered with human CCR-10 GPCR
CCR-10 EVs, innovative bioengineered EVs harbouring CCR-10 (human C-C chemokine receptor type 10) GPCR
CCR-10 EVs are produced by human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293T cells and purified according to in-EV purification process. These pure EVs are characterised using standardised quality controls. CCR-10 GPCR is targeted to the EV membrane using Ciloa technology, which does not overexpress or modify natural EV proteins.
CCR-10 EVs are interesting tools that can be used to:
- Study molecular interactions with ligands, specific antibodies or small molecules
- Characterise CCR-10 GPCR using technologies like SPR or other
