in-EV is delighted to share the results of its collaborative study with Myriade, now part of MGA Technologies, highlighting i) the performance of EV-Down CM kit to isolate EVs from conditioned culture media and ii) the suitability of Videodrop for the monitoring of EVs during isolation and purification process.

Methodology
• EVs were isolated from culture medium using ultracentrifugation or EV-Down CM kit
• In-process controls were performed to compare the 2 EV isolation methods
• Controls include protein quantification, EV numbering and EV sizing

 Results
• Higher purity for EVs isolated using EV-Down CM kit, in comparison with ultracentrifugation
• Enrichment in small EVs when EVs were isolated using EV-Down CM kit, in comparison with ultracentrifugation
• Videodrop is a very useful and suitable instrument allowing real-time monitoring of EVs during the steps of an isolation and purification process
