Standard EVs, the reference for EV quality control assessment
Standard EVs are native EVs, produced by non-modified human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293T cells and purified according to in-EV purification process. These pure EVs are characterised using standardised quality controls.
Standard EVs are interesting tools that can be used as:
- an internal reference for data normalisation and EV instrument calibration
- a reference positive control for EV quality control assessment
- a negative control in functional in vitro and in vivo assays
