EV bioengineered with human ALK-2 receptor
ALK-2 EVs, innovative bioengineered EVs harbouring ALK-2 receptor (human Activin receptor-like kinase 2)
ALK-2 EVs are produced by human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293T cells and purified according to in-EV purification process. These pure EVs are characterised using standardised quality controls. ALK-2 receptor is targeted to the EV membrane using Ciloa technology, which does not overexpress or modify natural EV proteins.
ALK-2 EVs are interesting tools that can be used to:
- Study molecular interactions with ligands, specific antibodies or small molecules
- Characterise ALK-2 receptor using technologies like SPR or other
